DALLAS (July 28, 2026) – Urban Logistics Realty, a Texas-based real estate developer, has closed on the acquisition of 53 acres of Harris Ranch in Denton, Texas. Groundbreaking is scheduled for early August with an anticipated delivery in the third quarter of 2027. Harris Ranch will be a premier master-planned business campus eventually spanning 80 acres with immediate adjacency to Interstate 35.

The acquisition of Harris Ranch will kickstart Phase I of the development, which covers 53 acres and features five best-in-class industrial buildings totaling approximately 656,007 square feet. Purposely designed to serve today's distribution, advanced manufacturing and last-mile users, Harris Ranch will combine modern logistics functionality with intentional architecture, meaningful amenities, and a strong connection to the land's history.

Urban Logistics Realty and a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital have formed a Joint Venture to develop Harris Ranch, with construction financing provided by First United Bank. Additional project partners include Holt Lunsford as the leasing agent, GSR Andrade Architects as the architect, Kimley Horn as the engineer, and Bratjen Construction as the general contractor.
